You can get the download link and pull down using <strong>wget<\/strong> or <strong>curl<\/strong> command.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>wget https:\/\/downloads.slack-edge.com\/desktop-releases\/linux\/x64\/4.37.101\/slack-desktop-4.37.101-amd64.deb<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Once downloaded, you can install it as follows;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>sudo apt install .\/slack-desktop-4.37.101-amd64.deb<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"install-slack-from-flathub\">Install Slack from Flathub<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Slack is also distributed as a Flatpak package on Flathub. With recent versions of Ubuntu, including Ubuntu 24.04, Snap is already configured and ready for use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can thus install Slack from Snap store using the command below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>sudo snap install slack<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>List installed snaps;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>sudo snap list<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"install-slack-from-apt-repository\">Install Slack from APT Repository<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Default Ubuntu 24.04 repositories do not provide Slack packages.
