严格说，并不是关闭hsts，因为hsts是服务器端的配置，浏览器只是执行。
Chrome谷歌浏览器为了用户安全, 在检测到网站支持HTTPS协议之后, 会记住该行为, 下次自动使用HTTPS协议, 即便手动输入 http:// 强制访问HTTP也不行.

这时候可以使用无痕模式访问, 或者通过清理 Chrome 对应域名的安全缓存, 解决该问题:
使用Chrome打开地址 chrome://net-internals/#hsts
在 Delete domain security policies 文本框输入要清理的域名, 然后点击 Delete 按钮即可.
使用Chrome打开 chrome://settings/clearBrowserData, 在 Basic 标签里仅勾选 Cached images and files 然后点击 Clear data 清理缓存数据
